Quotes, revisions & cancellation

Quotes, revisions & cancellation — website behavior, scope boundaries and visitor controls.

Illustrative controlled document production layers

No automatic purchase

There is no checkout, payment collection or automatic booking on this website. An enquiry is a request for discussion. Production starts only after an agreed written scope and commercial arrangement.

Quote content

A quote should specify the approved source, document/complexity limit, output layer, reviewer, included checks, revision allowance, timing dependencies and payment currency. OCR, new disclosure, heavy-table work and specialist tasks may require separate scope.

Timing and revisions

Agree when the turnaround clock begins, source cutoff, time zone and review dependencies. Conflicting instructions, late source and unavailable reviewers can affect delivery. A rush fee does not create capacity or permit skipped QA.

Cancellation and refunds

The engagement agreement must state cancellation rights, work already performed, deposits, reserved capacity and any applicable refund arrangements. This website does not impose a universal no-refund rule or override mandatory statutory rights.

Corrections and approval

Distinguish production defects against approved source from new content or changed instructions. Define review and correction procedures in writing. Approval of a production package is not authorization to file, and commercial terms cannot waive applicable mandatory filing requirements.

Read the storage inventory. Future vendors require a separate disclosure and consent implementation.
