Assignment and fit
A conditional, separately scoped workflow for production assistance under a qualified taxonomy/accounting reviewer. The reviewer controls concept, context, dimension and extension decisions; this is not an unsupervised tagging promise.
Inputs needed to quote
- Reviewer-approved fact map and complete taxonomy package
- Current applicable form instructions and validation configuration
- Named qualified reviewer and explicit approval responsibilities
Identify whether the material is public, synthetic or private. For private work, confirm permitted processing and the transfer channel before sending the source. A source receipt is not automatic acceptance of its deadline.
Concrete deliverables
- Agreed fact-map implementation and review proof
- Source-to-extracted-value reconciliation
- Validation logs and reviewer decisions
Production checks
- Check actual unit measures, scale, sign, decimals and period type.
- Review text-block boundaries, continuations, hidden and duplicate facts.
- Revalidate the complete package after changes that affect relationships.

Scope boundaries
Available only after competence, tooling and qualified-review gates are met; no all-form or acceptance guarantee.
The contracted review owner approves the final candidate. A later edit changes the version and may require renewed approval. Production acceptance and filing authorization are separate.
Business-specific handoffs
Quote and schedule
Cost follows source complexity, output layer, review effort and revision allowance—not a universal HTML page count. A rush slot is accepted only when inputs and reviewer availability fit the actual capacity.
How quotes are structured →What iXBRL tagging services mean here
If you are looking for iXBRL tagging services or an iXBRL tagging service, confirm whether you need complete authoring, reviewer-directed production assistance, validation support or authorized submission. This website describes supervised assistance only. Availability depends on competence, licensed tooling, the applicable taxonomy and a named qualified reviewer.
XBRL conversion is not simply Word to HTML conversion. Concepts, contexts, dimensions, units, transformations and extracted values need separate specialist review. Compare XBRL conversion and HTML conversion.
