Assignment and fit
Scope a defined production queue under a partner’s SOP, branding and approval chain. Start with a small public or synthetic pilot, then agree capacity only after delivery and review are proven.
Inputs needed to quote
- Partner SOP, output layer and permitted tools
- Document complexity, queue priority and source cutoff
- Processing-location permission, reviewer and escalation contact
Identify whether the material is public, synthetic or private. For private work, confirm permitted processing and the transfer channel before sending the source. A source receipt is not automatic acceptance of its deadline.
Concrete deliverables
- Agreed production module with versioned handoff
- Status, source-dependency and open-issue updates
- Proof and review evidence defined in the statement of work
Production checks
- Keep issuer communication with the partner unless expressly authorized otherwise.
- Accept only work that fits measured production and review capacity.
- Agree actual time-zone overlap; do not equate cross-time-zone delivery with automatic overnight service.
Reference: SEC production / role guidance. Verify the current requirements for the agreed job.
Scope boundaries
No default 24/7 coverage, unlimited queue, direct issuer solicitation or unapproved subcontracting.
The contracted review owner approves the final candidate. A later edit changes the version and may require renewed approval. Production acceptance and filing authorization are separate.
Business-specific handoffs
Quote and schedule
Cost follows source complexity, output layer, review effort and revision allowance—not a universal HTML page count. A rush slot is accepted only when inputs and reviewer availability fit the actual capacity.
